Private Session Description: This session is a virtual is a one-on-one experience that provides tailored instruction to meet your needs.
Pre-requisite: For a safe and enjoyable experience in any Pilates class or home workout video, I highly recommend that you learn how to properly engage your core muscles to reduce your risk of injury. A few private sessions can help introduce you to Pilates and teach you core fundamentals you can use in every part of your physical life. (All private sessions will teach this.)
